About FitForge
FitForge is a 7-day workout + meal plan that's actually aligned. Each day's training dictates that day's meal focus — high carbs before leg day, low carbs on rest days, moderate the rest of the time. The result: you stop guessing what to eat, and your body stops guessing why you're tired.
Who it's for
People who want to train consistently for years, not weeks. Beginners who don't know where to start. Intermediates tired of bro-science routines. Anyone 20-60 who wants a sustainable plan, not a 30-day shred.
How it works
- Sign up and answer 3 questions (goal, location, experience).
- Follow the 7-day program — push, pull, legs, conditioning, full-body, strong day, active recovery.
- Eat the aligned meal plan — 7 days of meals with per-item calories and macros. Modify portions to your goals.
- Track progress — workouts, photos, measurements, streaks. See your data, export it anytime.
What it costs
Free tier: 30-exercise library, 7-day meal plan, progress tracking, body measurements, progress photos, friends + leaderboards, daily push reminders, dark mode.
Pro tier ($9.99/mo or $79/yr): same as free, plus: custom workout builder, advanced analytics, custom programs, priority support. See pricing.
What we don't do
- We don't sell your data. Ever.
- We don't use your workouts to train AI or sell to advertisers.
- We don't require a credit card to sign up.
- We don't lock your data in. Export CSV/PDF anytime.
The story
FitForge was built in 2026 by Hogan — a software developer who was tired of fitness apps that promised the world and delivered fragmented routines with no connection to what you should actually eat. The first version was a personal spreadsheet; this is what it grew into.
