Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using FitForge ("the Service") at fitforgehq.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Not Medical Advice

FitForge provides general fitness and nutrition information for educational purposes only. The Service is not medical advice, a substitute for professional medical care, or a diagnosis of any condition. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting any exercise program, diet, or supplementation regimen, especially if you have pre-existing injuries, medical conditions, or are pregnant. Stop any activity and seek medical attention if you experience pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, or other concerning symptoms.

You must be at least 13 years old to use FitForge. By using the Service, you represent that you are 13 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into these terms.

4. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@fitforgehq.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

FitForge Pro is offered as a one-time payment of $9.99 USD (monthly) or $79 USD (yearly). Payment is processed by Stripe. By purchasing a Pro subscription, you authorize Stripe to charge your payment method for the stated amount. All sales are final. We do not offer refunds except as required by law. If you experience a billing issue, contact us within 30 days at support@fitforgehq.com.

6. Free Tier

The free tier of FitForge is provided at no cost. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue free features at any time with reasonable notice.

7. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you upload (workout logs, progress photos, body measurements, notes). You grant FitForge a limited license to store, process, and display this content solely to provide the Service to you. We will not sell, share, or use your content for advertising or training of any kind.

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience outages that temporarily limit access.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FitForge and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to injury, loss of data, or loss of profits. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the Service or by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days per our Privacy Policy.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where FitForge is operated, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
